When will my order ship?
All orders are typically printed within 1-2 business days. Direct to Garment (DTG) and other print-on-demand items usually ship in 4-5 days via USPS MAIL. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us via info@nuclearwitchcraf.shop and we will replace those items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.
Can I cancel my order before delivery?
It is possible to cancel your order within 2 hours after you've placed it by emailing us at info@nuclearwitchcraft.shop. A written confirmation of cancellation must be received at least two working days prior to the date of delivery. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations after this time.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want your shirts to fit you. All unworn and unwashed shirts can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@nuclearwitchcraft.shop for return instructions and a return label. The shipping price will not be refunded for returned items.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Where's my refund?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.
Something wrong with the item (wrong design / wrong size / wrong colour / blurry print / damaged)
Please get in touch with us via email info@nuclearwitchcraft.shop and send the photo of the item you received and the package this item came in. We will likely resend you your order again free of additional costs or refund your purchase. There will be no need to return the wrong item.
I never received my item / the tracking froze
Please reach out to the nearest postal office of the carrier that you've got the tracking number from. It is very likely the package is there. If they can't be of any help, send us a message and we'll proceed accordingly.
Tracking says my package was delivered to me, but I didn't get it
As a receiver, you will need to file the report on the carrier's website and open a case for a stolen / wrongly delivered item.
I displeased with the item I've ordered and want to return it
Please reach out to us at info@nuclearwitchcraft.shop to get our return address in the Netherlands. You will need to send the item in the sellable condition, and we will be able to process the refund for you after we receive the item. All postage costs also should be covered by you in this case.
